Any order can be cancelled prior to the item(s) shipped but the customer may need to cover costs and expenses incurred by the company prior receipt of cancellation. To start a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via e-mail: support@morwayindustrials.com to get the approval.

No orders older than 14 days of delivery will be considered for return. To return an item, please contact our customer service team via e-mail: support@morwayindustrials.com to get an authorization by the company. The buyer might be responsible for a restocking fee plus return transportation charges. Also, all risks and damages occurred during return shipping will be customer’s responsibility. Refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 days upon receipt of returned item(s).
